The Interlock gym mat comes as a set of four pieces each measuring 60cm x 60cm. Simply lock the pieces together to give a combined surface area of 1.44m sq. Ideal for use at home for floor exercises or at the gym underneath equipment such as treadmills, bikes and benches.
